Data Deletion Instructions

Workspace owners or authorized admins can request export or deletion of ReplyPort workspace data. Verified requests target a 30-day response window.
How To Request Deletion
- Email privacy@replyport.qmwlai.com from the workspace owner or admin email address.
- Include workspace id, user email, requested scope, and whether an export is needed before deletion.
- ReplyPort will verify requester authority before deleting or anonymizing workspace data.
Deletion Scope
Deletion may include:
- User account data for the requesting workspace.
- Company profile data.
- Campaigns, imported contacts, messages, replies, CRM tasks, send queue jobs, and provider event audit records.
Compliance Retention
ReplyPort may retain suppression list entries and minimal audit metadata where needed to honor unsubscribe, bounce, complaint, do-not-contact, or legal compliance obligations.
Verification
- Production auth should no longer return deleted user or workspace access.
- Campaign, contact, reply, CRM task, queue, and provider event queries should return no deleted workspace records.
- Suppression records should still prevent future outreach to opted-out addresses.
