ReplyPort helps teams manage B2B outreach workflows from company profile, contact import, AI draft generation, human review, compliant sending queues, reply classification, and CRM follow-up tasks.
Data We Collect
- Workspace and user account information.
- Company profile facts used as AI drafting boundaries.
- User-imported contacts, campaign settings, messages, replies, suppression list entries, CRM follow-up tasks, send queue jobs, and provider event audit records.
- Technical diagnostics needed for security, reliability, and abuse prevention.
AI Processing
AI-generated content remains a draft until reviewed by a human user. AI services must use only workspace, company, campaign, contact, and reply inputs supplied by the user or generated by ReplyPort workflow state. ReplyPort must not invent product claims, pricing, inventory, delivery commitments, or customer references.
Outreach And Compliance
ReplyPort does not scrape leads and does not perform unauthorized LinkedIn, WhatsApp, or other private-message automation. Unsubscribe, bounce, complaint, and do-not-contact signals stop future outreach and update suppression records.
Sharing And Providers
Data may be shared with configured infrastructure providers only to operate ReplyPort, such as hosting, database, AI, email provider, analytics, monitoring, and crash reporting services. Provider secrets must be configured outside the repository and outside client builds.
Retention And Deletion
Workspace owners can request export or deletion of workspace data. Suppression list records may be retained where needed to honor do-not-contact and legal compliance obligations.
See ReplyPort data deletion instructions or the public page at https://replyport.qmwlai.com/data-deletion.
